An important part of the purchase process is the return policy. Customers want to be assured that if they find the goods faulty, their purchased items can be returned for a full credit. At FDOC, we do our best to resolve all customer service issues.
Only those meters purchased within 30 days will be eligible for return.
All returns must be in their original packaging.
Please be informed, returns will only be accepted with an approved ‘authorisation number’ and will be subject to quality control testing. Shipping costs will be deducted against returns that are not deemed faulty.
FDOC Amazon Customers:
Thermometers purchased from Amazon will be subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions of return.
Test-strips remain classified as medical devices and will always be non-refundable, once opened.

To initiate your return, please contact FDOC customer support here. Please have your order number readily available.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We do not refund to other sources.
If the product was defective, we will offer you a replacement or refund the full amount of your order, including any shipping charges.
If the product was not defective, we refund the cost of the order less any shipping charges.
Please allow a minimum of 7 days for your credit to appear in your bank account.
